Keto Coconut Cream Dessert

A perfect dessert on days when you want something cold, sweet and creamy while still staying Keto! I’ve kept the amount of berries very low as there are already carbs in the coconut milk and coconut flakes.
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 TB coconut flakes
- 1/4 to 1/2 packet Stevia (to taste)
- 2-3 small strawberries or 5 blueberries or 5 raspberries
Assemble all ingredients in a small dessert bowl. Optional: place in freezer for 20 minutes or so to chill and harden.
*Serve this dessert with a protein (chicken sausage, beef patty, fish fillet, or 3-egg omelet) for a complete Keto meal.
If coconut milk has separated in can, blend until smooth. Keep remains in covered cup in fridge.
