Ingredients (1 serving)
- 4 oz cooked carne asada steak (pre-marinated) or chicken or ground turkey
- 3 lettuce leaves*
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Optional: diced onion, cherry tomato, cilantro for garnish
(*For a paleo version, use corn tortillas instead of lettuce leaves)
Step 1: Cook the steak over medium heat.
Step 2: Assemble steak, cheese, and avocado on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with diced onion, cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
