Keto Chicken Salad

A very quick and easy chicken salad. Made with simple ingredients from any grocery store. The celery adds a juicy crunch, and chopped slice of apple provides the perfect amount of sweetness.
- 2 TB vegenaise or mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4-5 pecans, crumbled
Optional: 1 apple slice, salt and pepper to taste
Mix together the chicken, vegenaise/mayonnaise, mustard and celery. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with crumbled pecans and (optional) one thin slice of apple, diced.
