Keto 3-Egg Omelet Breakfast

The simplest Keto meal possible to prepare. I often have it for dinner as well. Super simple and loads of flavor. Eggs cook very fast, so it’s important to have all your ingredients ready before you start.
- 3 eggs , beaten
- 2 TB grated cheddar cheese
- 1 TB milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 avocado
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Beat the eggs only until blended. Beating for too long will cause them to break apart when cooking.
Step 2: Add the milk to the beaten egg.
Step 3: Cook until the egg starts to curl away from the edges of the pan, about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Turn over, turn off the heat. Add salt, pepper and cheese. Fold over and serve along with the blueberries and avocado.

What if I don’t like avacodo? What can I replace it with?
For this breakfast, you can replace the half avocado with 1/3 cup of coconut cream on your berries. It’s like having dessert with your breakfast!
