Tilapia is a delicious mild fish that absorbs a lot of flavor from whatever it’s cooked in. I simply use salt for flavor and butter for added crispiness.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 tilapia fillet (I get mine frozen from Costco)
- 1/2 cup Riced Cauliflower (seasoned)
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 TB butter
- 1 TB salsa
Sprinkle both sides of the fillet with salt. Melt 1 TB butter in the pan and cook the fish over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes each side. Pat a little more butter on each side while it’s cooking. Assemble onto warmed Riced Cauliflower and top with diced avocado and salsa.
