Keto Feta Olive Salad

A simple salad almost too pretty to eat! You can use any olives you like – I like kalamata for the added saltiness. The feta cheese has a bold and tangy flavor, and the tomatoes add a burst of sweetness.
- 2 oz feta cheese
- 10-12 kalamata olives
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2-1 TB olive oil
- a few leaves of basil
Mix everything into a bowl and season with salt.
The feta cheese has some protein in it, but to make this a complete Keto meal, serve with a 3-oz of grilled chicken or steak, or a 2-egg omelet.
